Modebest was established in January 1994 by Albert Dravins and Eamonn Scanlon. Both directors had gained valuable experience in the industry, having worked for a number of years for leading groundwork and reinforced concrete frame contractors prior to establishing Modebest Builders.

The directors felt the time was right for a new groundwork and reinforced concrete frame contractor to enter the marketplace and hence, the inception of Modebest Builders Limited.

Our aim is to offer a competitive tendering service, on-site performance and completion within budget and on programme.
